The third and last post for the day and off i go to my study table.


My class had a SPA practical(chemistry) on 1 of the days on precipitation.
This 2 colourless solution, potassium iodide and lead2 nitrate, when mix together, becomes insoluble and gives a bright yellow.
filter, wash n blah blah blah..


what really amaze me was when we started heating the salt.
it starts to jump around like u see on hot lava, the colour changes to orange and tiny silvery specks are observed in the mixture.( cant really see it on the picture)
it's like a crystal ball. ok, maybe a 'crystal beaker' and even better, coz u were the one who made it.
