I was so relieved that this week has only 4 school days.
Made it through school,tests and make-up classes. Phew*
It is really,super duper
uber tiring.
But Labour Day saved the day.
And that means i have more time to study.
Err,call me a nerd or whatever.
Exams are coming and
I'm going to overpower the laziness in me.
I think
I'm lack of 'brain food' because
I'm always feeling restless, and trouble concentrating at work. Like my chem/bio teacher once told me(or is it twice?), whether you're having trouble concentrating at work or you just need an extra mental kick to make it trough your finals, there are many foods and supplements that can improve your memory and focus.
And with regular exercise and good night's sleep,you'll have boosted your brainpower in no time.
''An egg in the morning,a cup of green tea after lunch, some sage in your spaghetti sauce at dinnertime,and lots of water all day... you'll be feeling like a genius in no time(:'' by,miss ling But don't go and eat those everyday. It's just a saying. ha!
I officially failed my Chemistry Test
And not forgetting the other subjects-I flunked all of it,and it's a total
disappointment.
Damn it. I don't know how i can be that stupid..
And studying wasn't the problem. I DID study,but well, i only got a boarder line pass.
And here goes my teacher writing-try harder,u can do better,work harder with a smiley face just right below my marks, u know, this sort of stuff.. Thinking that it wouldn't discourage me.
But guess what?
It
doesn't work on me.
oh well,
I'll just go back to studying..

Friday was another of those typical Speech Day
It started around 5pm and the VIP was taking soo long to arrive..
I guessed that's why there were some students from the contingent who fainted. Luckily I was just sitting!
The band played a few marching pieces,-and when i say a few, i was talking about 3short pieces. It was THAT short.. Don't know why we had to attend to so many rehearsals.
Anyway,after dinner,had this long walk with shikin,Abram,kishen,azra,faizul,Chris,jian siong.
It was so funnay! We were like some bunch of crazy people,singing out loud at night.
Finally settled at this park-talked,played,got dizzy(blame the swing!)
Slacked till 9pm+ and went home.
It was pretty much like a bonding session,actually..
The sec4s are 'retiring' soon
And that means their not going to attend band practices anymore
Gonna miss those wonderful guys.
Guess what? It's Good Friday today but i think I'll be doing homework the entire time..
Well,of course I'm still going for mass,but today should be the time for reflections and reading of scriptures from the Bible or something. But noo.. My teachers had to give me tons of work.
I thought i was hallucinating when i caught sight of my worksheets. Oh, but it's real alright.
Gosh,it was like, 2cm thick. And they were just worksheets! Don't get me started with workbooks..
And to think of it, I've got tests every single day next week.

Friday-Social Studies

I'm gonna make this post short and simple..
OK. So, like every other
Thursdays, I started off with Chemistry period.
Lectured, and then practical.
We were heating few substances to observe what type of gases produce and how they react to it..
Yeah,u know,this type of stuff...
And after heating one of the substance(forgot which one) with the Bunsen Burner, I kinda reached out for the test tube,which was like,freaking hot-How dumb can i get?!
Yeah,u know what happened next..
I dropped it. And my fingers were hurting so badly.
So,never,ever try touching a test tube after you just heated it. Or you might face
embarrassment from the class and might not be able to move
ur fingers for quite some time.
Oh,and during
Chinese period,
Ferra's Johnson's Baby Po
wder was used for an
entertainment for some guys. The powder was everywhere and i guessed the teacher didn't care. She didn't do anything about it. Ha!
It was like a skating ring out there.
Students were fooling around and making so much noise. I wonder how the teacher can take it.
Well,blame the
teacher-in-charge for not having a
CLB class.
They were just bored
OK.
Chea mean and Co. were such a laughing stock!
Geez.. I thought this post was going to be a short one. Oh well,
I'll just keep going..
Reached home around 6.30pm.
And then had to rush to the airport. My dad went to this country,
Papua New Guinea?
Yeah,weird name.
We decided to fetch him.
Road-sick. I never liked travelling by public buses.
So
yeah,when we went home by taxi,I was relieved. I would puke if I'd go to another bus ride.
The funny thing was, the five of us weren't allowed to go in one taxi.
Well,it was a good thing for me because not long ago, we were allowed and that shows that I've been growing for this past few days..

As usual,I was running late. I was supposed to meet Geraldine at the MRT,platform at 6.40am.
But there i was,still at home,helping out with Lance's homework. He was like,

You told me last night that you didn't have any.Gosh. If u had a younger brother,u would understand.
He gave me that oh-I-forgot-look and I didn't bother to argue back.
Luckily I was on time. We met the others(jessica& fatin)at the bus stop near our school then proceeded to Bedok Stadium. I have to tell u that every year is always the same-Boring!(unless you're taking part on the events,which is so limited...)
That 4hour Sports Day was only testing our patience,I think..
All I did was, read
Nineteen minutes by Jodi Picoult, listen to the SYF recordings again,and again-it never gets old! And just cheering on my friends. I was seriously seating the whole entire time. Everyone was doing their own stuff... Majority goes to, doing nothing. And if you're askin me which house won,you'll get a 'dont knw' answer. I wasn't paying attention.After the butt-cramping morning,me and some other friends went over to Macs for lunch.
I ate this new thing.
Spicy.....something,something. Erm, I fogot the name. It tasted good. Or was it because I was super hungry? Not sure...After that,went home.
Oh,and on my way home,this man in his 40s went over to me and asked for some money so he could eat. Ironic much! Yesterday,the same thing happened. I gave a man money because he asked for it. And now,I dont think I wanna do that again..
Sheesh. I thought Singapore government was good.
And it always have been.
