There are choices to be made

If God answers your prayer, He is increasing your faith. If He delays, He is
increasing your patience. If He doesn't answer, He knows you can handle it.

I came to a decision, and it's final. Everyone wants to go to their right paths, with a clean heart and with optimism, and it's never too late to start now. You can offer to make a lot of mistakes-
yes, you've got many chances. But why not start now?

A day with much realisation

OK, today was soo tiring.. I had to rush to school for band at 8am. Really, I was soo tired from yesterday's shopping with my family. You wouldn't believe what we bought-a new coach handbag for my mom, a nerf blaster with 5o bullets for my brother and clothes from new look for my sister. And me? Just a pair of wedge shoes. Gosh, I didn't have the mood to shop, i guess..

Anyway, back to today, we decided to do a dance number for Band Investiture next Saturday. It's pretty last minute. And Yeah, it's just 1 week away so we practised from 8am till 4pm today. 3 breaks. No breakfast. No lunch. And yet, we were only halfway done.
Can you imagine that? This goes to show how difficult it is to learn without a choreographer. Haha.. And today was probably the day i get to watch Korean pop star's music videos for the first time. Or else i wouldn't know 2pm, 2NE1, Girl's Generation..etc. Seriously.
Yupp, we're dancing to a Korean song- I don't care by 2NE1. Really, really fun to dance to!
Hehe. So watch us ok!

Saturday, 26th June @ CCS.

OK, here's something i wanna share.. I was chatting with Jaymee earlier about God's existence and stuff about that because 2 old men were debating about God with her on twitter.. ( Can you believe that?! )

She posted this on her tumblr.. READ AND UNDERSTAND and it'll be meaningful.

An Atheist Professor of Philosophy was speaking to his Class on the problem Science has with GOD, the ALMIGHTY. He asked one of his new Christian students to stand

Professor : You are a Christian, aren't you, son?
Student : Yes, sir.
Professor : So, you believe in GOD?
Student : Absolutely, sir.
Professor : Is GOD good?
Student : Sure.
Professor : Is GOD ALL - POWERFUL?
Student : Yes.
Professor : My Brother died of cancer even though he prayed to GOD to heal him. Most of us would attempt to help others who are ill. But GOD didn't. How is this GOD good then? Hmm?
(Student was silent)
Professor : You can't answer, can you? Let's start again, young fella. Is GOD Good?
Student : Yes.
Professor : Is Satan good?
Student : No.
Professor : Where does Satan come from?
Student : From...GOD...
Professor : That's right. Tell me son, is there evil in this World?
Student : Yes.
Professor : Evil is everywhere, isn't it? And GOD did make everything. Correct?
Student : Yes.
Professor : So who created evil?
(Student did not answer)
Professor : Is there Sickness? Immorality? Hatred? Ugliness? All these terrible things exist in the World, don't they?
Student : Yes, sir.
Professor : So, who created them?
(Student had no answer)
Professor : Science says you have 5 Senses you use to Identify and Observe The World around you. Tell me, son...have you ever feel GOD?
Student : No, sir.
Professor : Tell us if you have ever heard your GOD?
Student : No, sir.
Professor : Have you ever Felt your GOD, Tasted your GOD, Smelt your GOD? Have you ever had any Sensory Perception of GOD for that matter?
Student : No, sir. I'm afraid I haven't.
Professor : Yet you still believe in HIM?
Student : Yes.
Professor : According to Empirical, Testable, Demonstrable Protocol, Science says your GOD doesn't exist. What do you say to that, son?
Student : Nothing. I only have my Faith.
Professor : Yes, Faith. And that is the problem Science has.
Student : Professor, is there such a thing as Heat?
Professor : Yes.
Student : And is there such a thing as Cold?
Professor : Yes.
Student : No, sir. There isn't...
(The Lecture Theatre became very quiet with this turn of events)
Student : Sir, you can have Lots of Heat, even More Heat, Superheat, Mega Heat,
White Heat, a Little Heat or No Heat. But we don't have anything called Cold. We can hit 458 Degrees below Zero Which is No Heat, but we can't go any further after that. There is no such thing as Cold. Cold is only a Word we use to describe the Absence of Heat. We cannot Measure Cold. Heat is Energy. Cold is Not the Opposite of Heat, sir, just the Absence of it.
(There was pin-drop silence in the Lecture Theatre)
Student : What about Darkness, Professor? Is there such a thing as Darkness?
Professor : Yes. What is Night if there isn't Darkness?
Student : You're wrong again, sir. Darkness is the Absence of Something. You can have Low Light, Normal Light, Bright Light, Flashing Light... But if you have No Light constantly, you have nothing and its Called Darkness, isn't it? In reality, Darkness isn't. If it is, You would be able to make Darkness Darker, wouldn't you?
Professor : So what is the point you are making, young man?
Student : Sir, my point is, your Philosophical Premise is flawed.
Professor : Flawed? Can you explain how?
Student : Sir, you are working on the Premise of Duality. You argue There is Life and then there is Death, a Good GOD and a Bad GOD. You are Viewing the Concept of GOD as something finite, something we can measure. Sir, Science can't even explain a Thought. It uses Electricity and Magnetism, but has never seen, much less fully
understood either one. To view Death as the Opposite of Life is to be ignorant of the fact that Death cannot exist as a Substantive Thing. Death is Not the Opposite of Life, just the Absence of it. Now tell me, Professor, do you teach your Students that they evolved from a Monkey?
Professor : If you are referring to the Natural Evolutionary Process, yes, of course, I do.
Student : Have you ever observed Evolution with your own eyes, sir?
(The Professor shook his head with a smile, beginning to realize where the
argument was going)
Student : Since no one has ever observed the Process of Evolution at work and Cannot even prove that this Process is an On-Going Endeavor, Are you not teaching your Opinion, sir?
Are you not a Scientist but a Preacher?
(The Class was in uproar)
Student : Is there anyone in the Class who has ever seen the Professor's brain?
(The Class broke out into laughter)
Student : Is there anyone here who has ever heard the Professor's brain, felt it, touched or smelt it?...
No one appears to have done so. So, according to the Established Rules of Empirical, Stable, Demonstrable Protocol, Science says that you have No Brain, sir. With all due respect, sir, how do we then trust your lectures, sir?
(The Room was silent. The Professor stared at the student, his face unfathomable)
Professor : I guess you'll have to take them on Faith, son.
Student : That is it sir...Exactly!
The Link between Man & GOD is FAITH.
That is all that Keeps Things Alive and Moving.
That student was ALBERT EINSTEIN.

Today I went for Amath class-really, really reluctant go- but it was that
last 40 minutes with Andrea that made me realize that I didn't have any problems
at all. Not math problem problems, but life-related stuff problem problems. All
along i was thinking if I should stop all confusion and carry on with life, but
actually, it doesn't have to be that way.

She was talking about how sweet this guy was... no wait.. correction.. How sweet this guy IS. He is really such a sweetie. You would go, 'aaawww' at almost every sentence he typed in his text messages. Lengthy, romantic text messages that will melt every girl's heart. The conversation
somehow led to D. The more i talked about him, the more i realize how fortunate i am to have known him.
Even though everything doesn't seem right and everything is against you, the only thing you can to do is to follow your heart. And even though THAT person hurt you, all you have to do is listen to yourself. Because you can somehow tell if he is telling the truth or not. It might sound cliche and all, but it really is the truth.

Me: But some of my friends said just let it go..
Andrea: They may be right.. But typical Filipino guys are like that right? They're different.
Me: True..
Andrea: When you find a guy who's worth as much, just hang onto him and cherish him..
Me: Smiles widely*

"Guys are not worth our tears but i believe that you're the guy who is actually worth crying for"

Aaww,i wouldn't feel alright if it weren't for Andrea. Thank you my dear friend ♥

Ikaw pa rin ♥

An evening I didn't expected.. It was Benny's belated birthday celebration at town. And that picture above is the only photo that has most of us in it.. HAHA. I know.
Watched the A Team and it was awesome. Lots of action going on.
After the movie we headed to Plaza Sing. for dinner at Pizzahut. Well, something depressing came up so I didn't have the mood to eat or to stay at that restaurant any longer.. For the record, i only ate 1 slice of toast bread with cheese in the morning and 1 slice of pizza earlier on. Yes, i was THAT upset. And confused.

YFC Retreat- 29th to 30th May

I spent my weekend at the Salvation Army, Bukit Timah-The YFC Weekend Retreat, and it was Ah-mazing.
The Cross Culture team -YFCs from the Philippines. Isn't it cool knowing that there are YFCs all over the world?? Hahah- they lead us in this camp and i can truthfully say that i learned a lot from it..
And surprisingly, we had an awesome party on that Saturday night. There was a lot of dancing.. Haha!

After the retreat(Sunday), we brought the Cross Culture (CC) around town for shopping! Damn.. I was tempted to buy everything that caught my eyes. Most of the time i was with Ate Ayana and i tell you, she's the sweetest thing! Haha. She's sooo cute.

Unfortunately, Im stuck in school for Study Camp (8am-4pm) this whole week while the rest can enjoy their holiday that Im sure it'll be so much fun.. (I saw the schedule.. and damn.. I'm gonna miss out on a lot of stuff.. Sentosa/Universal Studio/Zoo/Bird park.. ect. )
Gosh. I still cant believe I'm gonna miss out on all of those activities.. What a bummer..

Oh well.

Anyway, (being random here)

If you have lost your way through life and you don’t know which way is up, this is my advice for you.

If you can’t remember which way is up
If you feel like you’ve had enough
If the world keeps knocking you down
And no peace of mind can be found
I have the best answer for you
I’ll tell you exactly what to do
Get down on your knees and pray
I’m here to tell you…it’s the only way
You can look up and down those hard roads
You’ll never be able to lay down your load
Unless you stand still…and stay
I’m here to tell you…it’s the only way
No one down here can be your saving grace
One day you’ll look into the Master’s face
You better be saved on that judgement day
I’m here to tell you…it’s the only way
I want to tell you about the love of Jesus
He died on a cross for all of us
For all of our sins He did pay
I tell you now…it’s the only way (:

P.S Magnum Gold tasted like some ordinary $1.50 ice cream.. Haha, some of my girlfriends and I went around looking for the Gold. We finally found it at Cheers, Tampines today and to my disappointment, i couldn't taste the Gold. I expected more. Haha..
