OMG. Do you know what just happened today?
Open House just went and past... I really really feel guilty right now. I asked this kind teacher if she could help change my shift but i
didn't even go.
Slept till 11am(feeling very satisfied
coz it has been ages since i slept this long. Full 10hours).
I completely forgotten about today. Well, until i saw this banner right outside the school.
A plain banner with bold capital letters.
OPEN HOUSETwo words.
Oh shit.It was already 1pm when i reached school. The people probably left already.
And then here comes the practice.
Lots and lots of scoldings...
Lots and lots of lectures...
Lots and lots of practice...
Call me crazy but i think it was worth it. You can really learn
alot of stuff from Sir if you really want to.
Just listen very closely to his lectures... His stories..
Some are very inspiring and you will be able to learn something..
If he scolds you, if he punishes you, if he shouts at your face, it means he cares.So learn from your mistakes and be a better person. DON'T be
pessimistic.
I hope you guys are reading this(especially the sec1s)
coz i know you're not use to this kind of stuff...yet.

Gosh.. Woke up 6am for some really not-worth-it-event..
I don't know how or why my dad became a part of the Community Centre or RC or whatever u call it.. I think he wants to be in the parliament, i suppose? Wanna run for mayor or what?
And now, we have to attend to soo many events..
In celebration of Singapore 2010? Yeah, had this brisk walk thing(more like some running competition). Lance and i ran bloody two rounds around the park, instead of half a round because the people didn't organize it properly. Some people even took short cuts, thinking that no one will notice and get trophies or win big money when they reach the finish line. Well, it looks like it.
Do they feel guilty at all?
But whatever. It's not a competition. Everyone gets a certificate of completion. haha.

Yesterday was a better day. It was really unexpected.. I was suppose to go for the open house in school but i ended up attending the dance practice for the 70s Christmas Party on the 13th.
Met Jaymee and Kylein at the kembangan mrt station and then walked over to Alexis' place.
As you all know, YFCs are always late. We reached there exactly at 9am, i think. But the practice only started around 11am. But i was entertained by Max, the maltese. Such a cute little poopsy poo..
Haha, after the practice and talking of nonsense and being taught the guitar by martin, which i gave up on, and which he gave up on too, and the singing of songs, we went home for awhile..
My family and i went to Luke Anthony's(L.A) birthday party. Chatted, eat( there was a huge chocolate fondue!!), took loads of pictures, as usual. Oh and i met some new friends. hehe.
Oh oh! And we also played Charades. It was really funny!
Oh oh oh! And we looked through Tito Edwin's ipone photos. He got some of our old photos! Back when were very young.

OK, you see.. On Saturday... I have to go for the open house, but the dance rehearsal is important too. But the Centurion Gathering cant be missed! And it clashes all at the same time...

We continued our path of
discovery..
OK, but before that, i was damn sleepy.. I woke up at around at 6am and we took the shuttle bus again at
tampines interchange. This time, Manfred came along with us.
We learned the NP Mass Dance( 16 and All For One from High School Musical 2).
Haha, it got my tiredness away..., went to the school of engineering. We get to build our very own gravity-defying ball tower.( ours was seriously going to collapse), learned more cheers, the camp finale where we get to see the Singapore Idol finalists, did the NP mass dance...
Oh oh! We also put ourselves in the Singapore Book of Records. The longest
hokie pokie dance with the most number of people. And the other one... The longest and the most number of people sucking their
lollipops.
hahaha. It was
funny.
And after the awesome dinner, we went around taking pictures with friends and the
SLs.
Gosh,
i'm so gonna miss all of them.. I'll upload the photos when i find my
USB cable..it's somewhere in the house, i hope.
When it was around 8pm, it was time for the coolest Hop
Nite in town!

There were also some performers from i-
don't-know-where.. Like i said, i
don't really know local artists..
We were like, dancing till 10.30pm and only reached home at 12am.

P.S It's actually for Graduating Secondary Students, i think. They were surprised when we told our age.

Today's the second day of RED CAMP at
Ngee Ann poly but
i'm not going..
I have to wake up at 6am again, and this time, it ends at 9pm. That's super long right? But actually that's fine with me... I know it'll be better than the first day.
There will be some
mediacorp artists coming like The Polo Boys, First Class and
Sport-s@SG (like i know them... i
don't watch local shows..)
But i think
i've got the flu. And my head and throat hurts.
Alot! (from yesterday's screaming)
So yeah.. I think it's nice to just to rest and watch 2012 at the cinemas with Deane.
The movie was really.. wow.. It never before have been so significant to so many culture, religions,
scientist and governments.. It also shows the heroic struggle of the survivors.
And really, it was touching..

RED CAMP 6 was awesome! I just wished more friends came.. (yes, you! Cheryl and Gillian and others who i thought was going)
It started off at 7am. Rushed to tampines interchange to meet Nadiah and Haziqah..
Yupp, i'm always late..
Luckily there's a shuttle bus to Ngee Ann poly, or i might consider not going.. Coz you know me, i wont travel if I'm tired and not in the mood. Well, yeah, Haziqah texted me the other night, asking me to go..
Haha, for the sake of accompanying my friends.
There was a warm and friendly welcome by the Student Leaders(SLs) the moment we stepped into Ngee Ann's Convention Centre..
They introduced themselves, and wow.. my group-centurions(yellow)-was made up of, i don't know...300plus campers maybe?
There were other groups too...
Apaches(red), Vikings(green), Spartans(white), Ninja(blue)
Imagine that. There were hundreds of campers.
Moving on....
We did some outdoor activities(i only did the low elements. Luckily this wasn't some must-do-it-all-camp) The SLs were really friendly.
Visited the lofth.94. Some really cool apartments for the students.
Also visited the school of humanities and media..
The puppet show was really funny, the magic show was nice, get to make our very own cute little pandas, get to see how to produce animations, saw the studios(the lightings were amazing!)
Played loads of games, and the food was awesome!
Also, learned some really cool cheers and got really hyper! Better yet, i won The Game of LIFE gameboard from the lucky draw out of hundreds of campers!
Reached home around 8.30pm and was dead beat..
I had to wake up at 7am for an hour of
Emath in school.
yeah! I was still damn tired from yesterday's camp... And i think
im gonna get a headache soon
Rushed to school... and oh darn, i forgot to bring
Hidayuh's wallet.
She left it in my bag on
thursday from the class
barbeque.. Imagine leaving your wallet at
someone's place for 4days.. your
ez-link, your money, your
POSBcard.. yeah, u get the picture.
And i had to let my mouth said 'OH SHIT'
I kinda said it loud, too loud that my teacher and classmates heard it...

After an hour of lesson, went to the math stuff room to help out with the arranging of math papers..
There were loads and loads of papers! really messy..
I think i stayed there for like 2hours, rearranging the papers. But it was worth it.

CIP points and get to stay away from boredom.

YFC Youth Camp was awesomely good!
Friday(13/11)-Met Jessica at TM for lunch.. And then rushed to pasir ris to meet Shane and Kevin for the camp at CHOICE Retreat House. We were waiting for the bus, but we took the taxi instead (all the way to Jurong East Interchange!) coz we were running late. OMG right?.. My $22+ went down the drain just like that.. Not a very good start huh..
Reached the place around 4plus..The camp officially started around 6plus with the introduction of ourselves.. There was the first talk, learning of songs, icebreaker..
Oh and our food's from JOLOGS! yum.
End the day off with a service team meeting and only get to lie down at around 2plus in the morning..
Saturday(14/11)-Woke up at 5am. What a sleep.. Haha.
Talks..common prayer time.. learning of songs.. practiced for Enight.. Mass.. Tongues workshop( i especially like this. And no, we weren't learning about our tongues, It isn't what u think it is. haha)
And then there was the Pray Over for the participants.. I prayed over Jaymee and kylein( my childhood friends!), but it was kinda scary.. Wild imaginations came into my mind.. And yes, it was obvious it was my first time...
Our Entertainment Night Started at 10-ish. Haha, u should've seen our so-called 'music video'. I
acted out Taylor Lautner for my groups' presentation. Haha!
This time, i slept even later.. 4am.
Sunday(15/11)-Woke up at 5.30am+. Yeah, it was more like a short nap..
Haha, i guess i wasn't the only one.. When we had our service meeting at 6am, everyone was half asleep.. I was really trying my best to open my eyes..
More talks, learning of songs, games, confirm the new YFC members, and the last service team meeting.
After everything ended, the titos and titas bought pizza for us. hehe. And then it was home sweet home.

Have u heard of the Subaru Challenge held at Ngee Ann City? My family and i went there last sunday. Dad was taking photographs the whole afternoon while the rest of us shopped.. Imagine putting your right hand on the car for 80hours+ without moving it! Breaks were only after every 6hours for 5minutes.
Alot of people seriously needed medical attention.. I dont think i can take that... haha.
Oh oh! I CANT WAIT TO LEARN SOME SAMBA MOVES! There's dance practices every sunday morning for the chingay parade2010. We will have soo much funnn!
Oh and talking about learning something, Andrea's gonna teach me a few Taylor Swift songs on the guitar tomorrow! yay. && i think I'm gonna get another guitar! Joana's gonna sell me her's. woo hoo~
I'm jealous! I see people go for chalets, picnics, outings... Like, they have all the time in the world. Well, yeah.. Holiday(!)
But i still have Bridging Programme for 2weeks. (1 more week left) And after that, i still have to study and prepare for 0levels.
Today my class had a beach clean up at East Coast Park. I can honestly say that we didn't do much work coz the beach was pretty clean. haha.
Well, accept that there were loads of cigarette buds and sweet wrappers. And what made it worst was that it started drizzling.. I look at the sea and i felt like swimming.
Aaahh..
Tomorrow's the collection of our report books! I already know my results, but I'm still worried ):
When i was walking to Pasir Ris MRT for school today, i saw a beautiful rainbow. It was really beautiful. I could see it from one end to another...
It made me thought of how life can be so beautiful...
